The Royal Arsenal is unique. Let's make the most of it!
The Royal Arsenal development - the "RA" to its friends - has a very unique community spirit and it seems a shame not to maximise on this to everyone's advantage. Who knows......you might find more friends, create more business or simply feel more involved living here.
Living on the Royal Arsenal is a unique experience. Although it is in Woolwich, the Post Office has given it its own postal area of 'Royal Arsenal'.
It's not always obvious where buildings are on the Royal Arsenal, complicated by the fact that some have names and numbers and it depends what people use. Unfortunately there isn't a map that consolidates all this although we are working with Berkeley Homes to get this done. In the meantime there are two available: RA Site Map or the RA Phases.
The community is growing and so too are the facilities on site: there is a pharmacy, medical centre, residents' gym, the estate concierge, three cafés, three estate agents, a convenience store and a pub - with much more to come. Watch this space!

As residents we should all have a say in the way that the development is managed. We should know in advance when major things are planned to take place on the development that will affect us all. Finally, there should be a forum for people to raise complaints and see that they are being actioned.
Rendall & Rittner (R&R) are rolling out a website for residents to raise issues, give feedback and log complaints which is fantastic news. We are positive this will facilitate better communication between residents and R&R. Not everyone has access to it at the moment. In the meantime if you have anything concerning you or you feel something hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction, just let us know and we'll take take it up for you.
Not sure whether an issue you have should be addressed to R&R, Berkeley Homes, the Estate Office, Southern Housing Association or Greenwich Council? Let us know and we'll point you in the right direction. If it is an issue that concerns other residents, we'll post it on "What's Going On?" or in the FAQs for everyone's benefit.
Are you new to the RA and want to meet some new friends, mix up your social life a bit, or simply want to find new things to do around the area?
There are many events happening around the area and we will be posting them on here. We also plan to arrange various events throughout the year for all age groups and size of wallet! Whether it is just a group of people to go to the cinema with or a luxurious evening arranged that you only need to turn up to, we aim to have it all organised for you.
