We understand that everyone's needs are different so we offer a variety of ways to take advantage of this service. There are a couple of things to decide when you want to use a Virtual Assistant and then you'll be on your way to stop being overloaded:
Feeling Overloaded?
First you need to establish whether you will want to use a Virtual Assistant on a one off basis or on a more regular basis:
Project Based Pricing - if you have a specific task that you need done, we will quote you an all inclusive price. This way you are able to budget knowing that unless there are exceptional circumstances (i.e. the paramaters of the project change), the price quoted will be the price you pay.
Per Hour Based Pricing - if you want to be able to dip in and out of using a Virtual Assistant or you know you require regular support, we will work out a price per hour package to suit your needs and budget.
If you have established that Per Hour Based Pricing will be the best option for you, all you have to do now is decide how many hours you are going to need:
Pay Per Month
The most cost effective method is to pay for hours in advance on a monthly basis. The more hours you buy, the cheaper the per hour cost. These hours are then added to your account. Everything you need completing will be given an estimated completion time and we will only take the exact time off your account balance once the work is completed. You can use your Virutal Assistant whenever you need to, either spread out across the month or all together. After your first month you can stop your monthly payment at any time with a month's written notice.
Pay Per Hour
If you would like to assess how many hours you actually do require, this service will be the best option. We estimate how long something is likely to take and only charge you for the time it actually does takes.
Bespoke Service
If you have a very specific requirement that you wish to discuss, contact our Virtual Assistant and we'll be happy to work with you to design a package that supports you.
